About Flexo Flo
Built by Someone Who Knows the Press
Flexo Flo was founded by Nathan Pierce — a hands-on flexographic specialist with years of experience inside corrugated packaging plants. We don't just consult. We get on the floor and fix it.
The Story
Flexo Flo was born out of frustration with the gap between what corrugated manufacturers need and what most service providers actually deliver. Too many plants are running with outdated ink systems, inconsistent print quality, and operators who've never had proper training — not because they don't care, but because the right expertise hasn't been available to them.
Nathan Pierce spent years working inside these plants, learning the machinery from the ground up. He understands the pressure of keeping a high-speed corrugator running, the cost of unplanned downtime, and the difference a well-tuned ink system makes to the bottom line.
Flexo Flo exists to bring that expertise directly to manufacturers — with practical, no-nonsense solutions that improve print quality, reduce waste, and keep presses running.
How We Work
Hands-On Expertise
Every engagement is led by someone who has worked on the equipment. No guesswork, no generic recommendations.
Minimal Downtime
We plan and execute every project to keep your press running. Retrofits and upgrades are scheduled around your production needs.
Honest Assessment
We tell you what your press actually needs — not what generates the biggest invoice. Our reputation is built on straight talk.
Long-Term Results
We're not here for a one-time fix. We build systems and train teams so improvements stick long after we leave the plant.
